Vermicelli (Semiya) Veggies Upma

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the ingredients. Heat oil in kadhai. Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter.
* Step 2
Mix chopped onion and chili. Saute some seconds, mix ginger and saute again.
* Step 3
Add veggies and fry till half done. Mix fried semiyan, saute for some seconds and add 2 and 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil.
* Step 4
Add both the sauce now and mix with pulao.Tufn off the flame and allow semiyan to absorb the remaining water.
* Step 5
Plate the semiyan pulao, garnish with carrot and tomato flower and serve.
