Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix oatmeal with milk and set aside
* Step 3
Crack the egg shells and take in a bowl. Add salt and all masala mentioned.
* Step 4
Add all the chopped ingredients. Mix well.
* Step 5
Add the oats soaked in milk. Mix well without lumps.
* Step 6
Greas pan with oil(about 1 Tbsp). Spread the omelette batter. Cook on low to medium flame. Flip and cook other side.
Serve hot.
