Dal Palak and Green Papaya Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak both the dals for 40 to 45 minutes. Boil dals,potato and papaya with required water, salt and turmeric in a pressure cooker. Release the steam naturally.
* Step 2
Heat oil on a kadhai. Add and allow to splutter the ponch phutan.
* Step 3
Mix onion and green chili. Sauté till raw smell of onion is gone.
* Step 4
Add ginger,garlic and tomatoes and saute on low heat till tomatoes soft and mushy.
* Step 5
Add cumin and pav bhaji masala and saute well.
* Step 6
Mix the chopped palak and cook for a minute.
* Step 7
Add the boiled dal and veggies mix. Adjust salt and water for gravy and cook covered for 2 minutes. The dal, palak and papaya curry is ready to serve.
