Karela and Aloo Crispy Fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gather all required ingredients.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and allow to crackle them.
* Step 3
Add karela and stir fry till softened to lessen bitterness.
* Step 4
Add salt and turmeric powder and coat well.
* Step 5
Mix onion, chopped chili and fry till onions soft.
* Step 6
Add chopped aloo, mix well and cook covered till done. Switch off the flame and add roasted cumin powder and coat well. Serve with steamed Rice.
