Banana Flower Chips

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Thehe different parts of Banana blossom.
* Step 2
Take curd and 3 cups of water in a bowl. Stir and mix well.
* Step 3
Add the cleaned up florets and seasoned for 10 minutes. Then remove from curd water and set aside.
* Step 4
In a mixing bowl take maida, cornstarch and ingredients 3/4 cup of water, from ingredients section.
* Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp salt and mix well.
* Step 6
Add the drained banana flowers.
* Step 7
Mix ajwain and jeera seeds.
* Step 8
Heat oil and fry the prepared banana flowers in batches on medium flame till they are golden brown and crispy.
* Step 9
Enjoy the crispy chips. Thanks.
* Step 10
Adding curd and water mix with banana florets reduces the astringent (kasaya) state.
