Green Moong Dal Ladoos

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast the green moong dal on medium flame till the color changes lightly. Set aside on a plate to cool down.
* Step 2
Chop the jaggery and melt with 2 tbsp water.
* Step 3
When cool down, grind the roasted moong dal to a fine powder.
* Step 4
Eat 2 tbsp desi ghee on a pan and roast the lentil powder on low-medium flame.
* Step 5
Add 2 tbsp more ghee and roast the dal powder for two minutes more.
* Step 6
Add chopped cashews and almond flakes and roast a little more.
* Step 7
Then add cardamom crushed and mix well.
* Step 8
Mix moong dal mixture with jaggery syrup.
* Step 9
With clean palms add a little ghee and take the mixture to make ladoos. Enjoy Green Moong Dal Ladoos with family and friends.
