* Step 2
In a medium bowl, add roasted peanuts, chopped onion, sliced garlic cloves, sliced ginger, and green chili
* Step 3
Add spices – cumin powder and chili powder to the bowl with rest of the ingredients.
* Step 4
In a pan take oil and heat. Add red dry chilli, turmeric and salt.
* Step 5
Add chopped tomatoes and saute for 1 minute.
* Step 6
Pour the mix over the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix.
* Step 7
Squeeze lime and adjust salt, chili, and other seasonings as needed.
