Sweet Potato Kebabs

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly. In a pressure cooker add water, turmeric and salt and cook for 2 - 3 whistles. Peel skin and chop with knife.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl take mashed and boiled sweet potatoes and rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
* Step 3
Make balls. I made 12 balls.
* Step 4
Heat oil and ghee in a wok. Make slurry of refined flour and corn flour. Flatten the balls and make kebabs. Put in the slurry and roll on semolina well.
* Step 5
Fry both sides on medium flame. Serve hot with tomato chutney or hummus you like. Thanks.
