Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the skin of cucumber and carrot after cleaning and wiping them. Grate both of them.

* Step 2

In a wok,heat the ghee. Add the mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Lower the flame and add curry leaves, chopped chilii, grated ginger and hing and saute for 30 seconds.
