Mushroom Masala

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take some lukewarm water. Put half of the turmeric powder (see in the ingredients). Wash and clean mushrooms.
* Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into half length wise. Mix rest of the turmeric powder with the chopped mushrooms.
* Step 3
In a wok heat 1 tsp oil
and ghee. Spulter shahjeera. Add rest of the masala from the ingredients section except crushed dry fenugreek leaves. Cook for 3 minutes in low medium heat.
* Step 4
Let the cooked masala cool. Grind them to a paste.
* Step 5
In the same wok heat 1 tsp oil and cook the ground masala in low heat till oil separate.
