Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take some lukewarm water. Put half of the turmeric powder (see in the ingredients). Wash and clean mushrooms.

Cut the mushrooms into half length wise. Mix rest of the turmeric powder with the chopped mushrooms.

* Step 3

In a wok heat 1 tsp oil and ghee. Spulter shahjeera. Add rest of the masala from the ingredients section except crushed dry fenugreek leaves. Cook for 3 minutes in low medium heat.

* Step 4

Let the cooked masala cool. Grind them to a paste.

In the same wok heat 1 tsp oil and cook the ground masala in low heat till oil separate.
