Prawn Sahi Biryani in my style

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I prepared the cooked masala like you all do for your Currys at home. I made in a larger quantity, keep in Jar, store in refrigerator to save time.
* Step 2
Soak Basmati rice and chana dal in water for 1/2 hour. Wash, drain water and keep in a stainer.
* Step 3
Heat a pressure cooker with ghee. Add sahjeera to crackle. Put chopped onion and fry till translucent.
* Step 4
Mix green chilli, potato, tomato, fried prawns and cooked homemade masala in the pressure cooker and cook for 2 minutes in low medium heat.
* Step 5
Then add 2 n1/2 cup of water, biryani masala powder and adjust the salt as the homemade masala paste has salt, turmeric and other dry masala also.
* Step 6
Mix everything properly in cooker after adding Rice and dal. Cook till 2 Whistles and open after it cools down.
* Step 7
Yummy and mouth watering Prawn Sahi Biryani is ready to serve.
Serve hot with curd and salad.
