Paneer and Peas Masala (no oil)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix nicely the cut paneer, matar, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and a pinch of salt and marinade for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
In microwave friendly bowl cook the marinated Paneer and peas for 3 mins.
* Step 3
In another microwavable bowl with a pinch of salt cook chopped Onion, tomatoes, ginger and garlic and 2 tsp water for 3 mins.
* Step 4
In a nonstick deep pan cook the microwave wet masala in low flame. When water dried up add rest of the dry masala including Cashew powder and milk powder.
* Step 5
Add water for the gravy and salt as required. Bring to boil the Curry for 1 min and then switch off the flame.
* Step 6
Hot and yummy oil free Paneer Peas Masala is ready to serve with Rice and Roti.
