Red Chana Masala Stew

#zerooil subzi and Curry Yes without oil anyone can prepare this recipe which can be eaten with Rice and Roti. Moreover it's healthy and very tasty and delicious. I would like to recommend everyone to try this recipe once and please give me the feedback and comments. Very easily prepared in minimal time.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the soaked red chana twice. In a pressure cooker take chana and 2 cups water, salt and haldi powder.

Bring to boil and keep on the gas for 2 minutes on flame.

* Step 3

Switch off the flame and let it cool down.

* Step 4

To the boiled Chana add rest of the ingredients. Mix properly. Pressure cook for 2 Whistler.

When cool down open the cooker. Adjust the salt and gravy as per your requirement.

Yummy yummy Chana Masala Stew without oil is ready to serve hot with Rice and Roti or as Chat.
