Sattu Parathas
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the ingredients of stuffing properly for 2-3 minutes and keep aside.
* Step 2
Mix the ingredients of Paratha dough and rub for 3 mins by hands. Add required water little by little to make the dough. Give it to rest for 30 minutes.
* Step 3
Make balls of dough, put in Sattu stuffing and roll into Parathas.
* Step 4
Cook the Parathas well on a tawa with ghee on both the sides by flip flop.
* Step 5
Hot and yummy Sattu Parathas are served with Alu-matar curry, Chutney and Sooji Halwa and pickle
