Soyabean seeds fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean, soak the Soybean seeds overnight. Pressure cooker till soft.

* Step 2

Take a wok. Heat oil.. add mustard seeds... Crackle...add chopped garlic....saute for 1 min

* Step 3

Add chopped curry leaves, onion, green chili and a pinch of hing powder.....fry till the golden brown in low med heat....

* Step 4

Now add salt, haldi powder, red Chili powder, chat masala and boiled soybean seeds. Fry till all the water evaporates....

* Step 5

Bring down from stove and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and roasted cumin powder. Soyabean seeds fry is ready. Can be eaten as snacks.
