Palak Saag and veggies curry

#Diabetes By Madhumita Mishra This recipe is a proper one for Diabetic people , having carrot , Potato, beans with Spinach and methi leaves.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the veggies with 1/3 cup water, turmeric powder and a pinch of salt for 3 minutes in the microwave. Keep aside.

* Step 2

Take a wok, heat the mustard oil, add mustard seeds and let them crackle.

* Step 3

Slow down the flame, put chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute. Now add Onion and Chilli and a pinch of salt (already salt is mixed with veggies). Sauté till golden brown.

* Step 4

Now add Palak leaves and chopped tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Mix the boiled Veggies properly and cook uncovered till the curry is cooked.
