* Step 4

Mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended- You can choose to use your hands to knead the dough (it tends to be immensely sticky initially & needs about 20-30 mins time to get its correct shape & volume) or you can choose to use your Standing Mixer (if you have one), the time’s reduced to almost half while kneading it with the help of the same 👇🏻

* Step 7

👇🏻 Once that’s done: checkout for the very window pane test- if the dough passes that, it means it’s now absolutely ready for its 1st proofing for at least an hour to two (For me, it’s all set by 1.5 hrs time itself) Now, grease a bowl with some more butter or oil (Olive) & cover it & let it rest for its initial proofing for the aforesaid time duration 👇🏻

* Step 8

Grease a Baking Tray or Dish with some butter & either with the help of a kitchen thread you can make slits on its body (As it’s seen on the Organic Pumpkins) or else, with the help of a sharp kitchen scissors ✂️ make similar patterned slits to look alike (A Pumpkin) 👇🏻

* Step 9

Cover it again, this time let it sit finally for its 2nd or final proofing for another 20-30 mins time before putting inside the preheated oven @170C for about 30 -35 mins time (For me it took around 30 mins time), to be baked until nicely golden browned from all its edges 👇🏻

* Step 10

Turn off the oven & let it sit inside for another 5-6 mins time before taking it out & placing it on the cooling rack- Insert the whole Almonds to it at this point, when it’s just freshly baked out- Brush it with some melted butter for some extra shine & sheen on it & it need be repeated about 2-3 times for a better glazed look to it 👇🏻
