Eggs Stuffed Tortillas

This is quite easy to make- It’s not only alluring to the children but to the adults as well & it’s actually a really good option for a wholesome combo meal to be presented to any Lunch/Dinner tables and get some appraisals for sure from your near & dear ones

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To begin with: Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame: Add in a little butter to it & spread it nicely all over- Slightly fry one tortilla into it & then, break open 3 eggs, one by one- over it & spread it nicely all across it, rotate the pan- if the need be so to ensure that the eggs are coated nicely & evenly over the spread tortilla

Now, add in the shredded cheese on it & this too, should be spread nicely and evenly- Reduce the flame to the low-medium at this point & maintain it henceforth, throughout the entire cooking process

Now, in a small mixing bowl: Add in the aforesaid all the ingredients (veggies, spices, herbs & seasonings & also the milk), whisk it well together and spread it nicely all over the egg based tortilla at this point, when it’s getting slowly cooked- Cover it up with the 2nd piece of the Tortilla and gently press it for it to get nicely stuck to the entire thing- Apply & Coat some on its top & let it slow cook with the lid on

* Step 4

Flame on the lowest as mentioned above: Keep a close check on it for sure- Try to scrape its edges and tuck it nicely inside, so that it has a nice & puffy texture- If required, from the edges- Add in a tsp of the melted butter more- Cover it back & allow it to be cooked properly in the slow flame until browned from one side

* Step 5

Then, uncover to flip it over very very gently & carefully yet, absolutely swiftly to its other side to be slow cooked in the same way for another 2-3 mins time or until nicely browned from this side as well- Once that’s done Gently, slide it carefully to transfer it to the serving plate and dish out…

Garnish it your way & Relish this DELISH with your Kids too, it’s a hot favourites of the adults too along with the Kids- Lunch or Dinner sorted completely in this jumbo combo meal
