Masala Walnuts Omelette

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients and mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended, except the eggs & let it sit for about 5-6 mins time
* Step 2
In another bowl: Crack open all the eggs- Add into it a pinch of Salt & Black Peppers, whisk it well together until frothy enough
* Step 3
Now, pour this eggs mixture into the walnuts mixture bowl & mix everything well together until nicely combined and well incorporated
* Step 4
Heat up a small frying pan over the medium flame: Add in the oil (in batches & not altogether), pour into it a ladleful of the eggs & walnuts Masala mixture to fry out the omelettes
* Step 5
Allow it to cook on the medium flame for at least 2 mins time at one side & then flip it onto the other & again, cook it for the same duration of time until both the sides turn golden brown
* Step 6
Dish out & serve it hot with some toasted breads & your favourite cuppa This particular recipe, can be had at your breakfast or in the evening snacks or as in the Brunch Items, as well
