This one’s absolutely loaded with the every possible bits of the nutrients in one’s breakfast table. A typical low fat, nutritious meal idea for sure.& I’d like to offer the same on this very day of the World Health Organisation, 2021 !!!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a high speed Blender Jar Add in all the aforementioned ingredients & pulse it a few times

* Step 2

Then, add in some crushed ice or ice cubes (I’ve not used since all my fruits were frozen), to make it even more chilled

Run the blender to get the final thick, smooth & creamy texture of the Smoothie Bowl & the plain & blatant drinkable Smoothie.RELISH THIS DELISH
