A typical low fat, nutritious meal idea for sure.& I’d like to offer the same on this very day of the World Health Organisation, 2021 !!!

* Step 1
In a high speed Blender Jar Add in all the aforementioned ingredients & pulse it a few times
* Step 2
Then, add in some crushed ice or ice cubes (I’ve not used since all my fruits were frozen), to make it even more chilled
* Step 3
Run the blender to get the final thick, smooth & creamy texture of the Smoothie Bowl & the plain & blatant drinkable Smoothie.RELISH THIS DELISH
