Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, combine the ground beef bread egg, carrot, onion, green pepper, celery, seasonings, and 2 tablespoons chili sauce, or ketchup.
* Step 2
Form into a loaf in an ungreased five and three-quarter by 3 x 2“ loaf pan spoon remaining chili sauce or ketchup over low. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
