Sweet Potato Stir Fry
The most easiest & absolutely decadent dish is this...Once you make it & give it a hands on try...You simply can’t stop preparing the same, whenever you get a chance to do so

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash & Boil the Sweetpotato, in the measured water & once done allow it to cool down & then peel off its skins
* Step 2
Cut the Sweetpotato into medium cubes or roundels & set aside
* Step 3
Take a frying pan/wok & heat it up on the medium flame, add in the oil to it & then gently sauté the boiled Sweetpotatoes, until light golden brown
* Step 4
Then, add in the onions, garlic (if using), chopped green chillies, roasted cumins powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder & the salt & sauté until all combined well
* Step 5
Sprinkle some water into the pan- if required, keep stirring continuously- also add in the red chilli flakes (if using), at this point & give everything a good mix
* Step 6
Once done: Add in the slit green chillies & the chopped coriander leaves- Turn off the flame & let it rest on the put off oven for about 5-7 mins time & then, serve hot, garnish with some more coriander leaves & a few chopped green chillies topping it all
* Step 7
