Masala Chhaas or Spiced Buttermilk
One of my Summer Cools as well as immunity favourites 😋
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, make the plain Buttermilk out of the curd itself & then, add the same to a blender jar
* Step 2
Add into the same: Rest all other ingredients aforementioned & blend it nicely for about 2-3 mins time, in the intervals
* Step 3
Pour it in a glass Jar/Beaker for its easy pouring into the serving glasses before doing this, ensure that the chhaas isn’t thick at all & if required, add in it 1/2-1 Cup of Chilled Water additionally
* Step 4
While serving it- ensure that its chilled well enough & just before its serving: add in a pinch of black salt, roasted cumins powder & a sprig of fresh Coriander/Mint Leaves or both
* Step 5
Enjoy now, your homemade drinkable Masala Chhaas/Buttermilk
