Gingery Beetroot Soup πŸ₯£ or the BORSCHT πŸ˜‹πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Gingery Beetroot Soup πŸ₯£ or the BORSCHT πŸ˜‹πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

This is one ☝🏻 of my most favourite dishes for any supper time, accompanied by the delectable Italian toasted bread πŸ₯– as in the Bruschetta, Crostini, Ciabatta, etc.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pressure pan: Add in the butter & the bay leaf till it turns aromatic

* Step 2

Add in the Ginger-Garlic, Onions & sautΓ© until translucent- thereafter, add in the rest other cubed veggies & salt & sautΓ© for about 2-3 mins.

* Step 3

Now, add in the Water & put it on the pressure for about 3-4 whistles until its well cooked & allow it to cool down

* Step 4

Drain the water (stalk) & keep aside for later use & transfer the cooked veggies into a blender jar & blend it to a smooth paste

Now, in another frying pan/wok: Put some more butter & add in the beetroot paste & the veggies stalk as well & cook the same for about 2-3 mins or until it reaches its desired consistency

Once the soup comes to a boil- add in the freshly cracked peppers, some mixed herbs & dry basils & give it a good final mix before serving it to the Soup πŸ₯£ Bowl

TIME...now, to devour the scrumptiously delicious πŸ˜‹ BEETROOT SOUP 🍜 with Italian Bruschetta or Crostini πŸ˜πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
