CHUTNEY PARTY : 1. Green Peas 2. Onions & Curry Leaves 3. Peanuts Chutney

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Onions & Curry Leaves Chutney: In a frying pan - put some oil on the medium heat, add in the onions slices/shallots, curry leaves, red chilli powder and salt and sauté until translucent & then put off the flame & allow it to cool down
* Step 2
After cooling blend it to a smooth paste, no need to add in any additional water but if at all required- just about a tbsp or so. Onions Chutney is ready to be served on the platter
* Step 3
Green Peas Chutney: In a frying pan - put some oil on the medium heat, add in the green peas, garlic pods & chillies & salt & sauté until the raw smell is gone & then put off the flame & allow it to cool down
* Step 4
After cooling blend it to a coarse/smooth paste- of your choice, (no need to add in any additional water but if at all required- just about a tbsp or so.) Green Peas Chutney is ready to be served on the platter
* Step 5
Peanuts Chutney: In a frying pan - put some oil on the medium heat, add in the raw peanuts, garlic pods, green chillies & the chopped coriander leaves & salt & sauté until the raw smell is gone & then put off the flame & allow it to cool down
* Step 6
After cooling blend it to a coarse/smooth paste- of your choice, (no need to add in any additional water but if at all required- just about a tbsp or so.) Peanuts Chutney is ready to be served on the platter now
