* Step 1
Wash spring onions.And arrange all the other ingredients
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan add hing and washed onions.Let it cook for 5 mins till onions becomes little soft
* Step 3
Add all other dry masala and allow it to cook for 2 mins
* Step 4
Add gathiya and 1tspn water mix it well.Let it set on medium flame for 1 min.
* Step 5
Desi kanda gathiya nu shak is ready. Serve it hot with bhajra/ jawar roti
* Step 6
Your kathiyawadi jaman is ready
