Cinnamon and liquorice cookies - vegan
Simple warm spicy deliciousness 💖
They are not very sweet so you may want to sprinkle some sugar on the top before baking.
If you don’t like liquorice, substitute with ground ginger or mixed spice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C.
* Step 2
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
* Step 3
Add the maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Mix well.
* Step 4
Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mix, shape them into a ball and place on a lined baking tray - i forgot to line it but they didn’t stick too bad. Flatten them slightly so they are about 1cm thick.
* Step 5
Bake for about 12 mins. Leave to cool or they collapse 🙁Then enjoy 😋
