Mi-shrooms (Miso mushrooms) - vegan
I make this alongside buckwheat noodles or brown rice with a bowl of sesame greens too (already shared lots of recipes for these 😁).
This was adapted from a Meera Sodha recipe and she suggested eating these on toast. It’s quick and delicious 😋
Ingredient

1 as a main, 2 as a side
Cooking time :

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make the miso: in a bowl, mix the two misos with the water. Set to one side.
* Step 2
In a large, flat pan, heat the oil on a medium heat. Add the mushrooms and let them cook for about 5 mins.
* Step 3
Add the garlic and sauté for another few minutes.
* Step 4
Take off the heat and add the miso. Stir it through.
* Step 5
Serve with a handful of sprouted greens. And enjoy 😋
