garam masala powder

oil

maida

sugar
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Subse phele chicken ko wash kar lein aur ek bowl me rakhien ab baki k sub ingre ko dahi k sath blend karen aur chicken ko marinate kar k rakh dein.
* Step 2
Phir ek pateeli me chicken ko marination k sath dal k galne tak cook kar lein aur phir chicken nikal k masala bhon lein aur chicken ko koilay ka smoke de lein
* Step 3
Ab puriyon ka atta gondh lein aur phir chotay pairay bana lein
* Step 4
Oil ko ache se garam hone rakhe aur phir piray ko bail k puri fry kar lein.
* Step 5
Mazedar se tikko ko puri k sath serve karen.
