* Step 1
Subse phele ek pateeli me oil dalien aur lehsan adrak ka paste dal ke qeema dal ke bhone ache se phir saray masalay dal ke zara sa pani add karen aur halki anch pe cook hone dein jab ache se cook hojaye to bhon lein ache se pani na rahe.aur coal ka smoke dein lein.
* Step 2
Ab mixture ko axhe se thanda hone dein.maida aur pani ko mix kar ke better sa bana lein jis se samosay ke corners band honge.ab samosay ki ek patti lein usay triangle shape me fold karen filling karen aur maida ke mixture se ache se band karen fold kar ke.

Inko ap aram se freeze kar sakte hain ek airtight box me shoppers ki layer laga ke freeze karen.
* Step 4
Oil ko bht ache se garam kar lein..agar freeze hui bhi fry kar rahe hain to phele oil garam karen aur phir freezer se nikal ke direct oil me dalien nikal ke khain rakhien mat.medium flame pe fry kar lein.
* Step 5
Ache se golden hojayen to absorbing paper pe nikalen aur garam garam apni fav sauces ke sath enjoy karen.
