Kabli chana nuts pulao

#joy pulao ke rice khillay banay us ke liye humesha pani ki quantity ka khayal rakhien.if ap ke pas 2 cups rice hain and wo soak hue hain to un me 4 cups pani bht hai agar chawal kam time ya soak nahi kiye to 6 cups pani add karen.dum lagate hue uper se thora sa sirka add karen aur kuch crushed black pepper add karen bht ache flavour ke sath banege.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Subse phele yakhni ke ingredients pani me dal ke channo ko cook kar lein full.

* Step 2

Ab ek pot me oil dalien aur pyaz ko golden kar lein.phir lehsan paste dal ke bhonay.

* Step 3

Ab tematar dal ke itna bhone ke tematar soft hojayen.

* Step 4

Baki ke ingredients add karen.channo ki yakhni alag kar lein aur channo ko is masalay me dal ke 5 min bhonay.

* Step 5

Ab yakhni add karen.aur sath hi salt aur rice add kar dein.

* Step 6

Pani 1 cup reh jaye to khishmish,chopped hara dhanya,podina add karen aur crushed black pepper aur dum laga dein.

* Step 7

After 15/20 min dum open karen ache se mix up karen aur chillay hue badam dal ke garam garam serve karen salad raitay ke sath.
