* Step 1
Subse phele tindo ki skin utar lein aur center ko knife ya spoon ki help se khali kar lein.
* Step 2
Ab filling ke liye pateeli me pyaz ko mota cut kar ke add karen aur roast karen.phir tomatoes,garlic ginger dal ke tematar ko galne tak bhon lein.
* Step 3
Phir thora thanda hone dein aur dhanya podina mila ke blend kar lein bagair pani ke.besan add kar mix kar lein.filling ready hai.

Ab tindo me is filling ko ache se fill kar lein.
* Step 5
Ek pateeli me oil dalien aur lehsan paste dal ke bhone phir slice pyaz ko dal ke pink kar lein aur blend kiye tematar aur gravy ke baki ingre dal ke bhon lein.

Ab fill kiye hue tinday add karem aur pani add kar ke cover kar ke 30min cook hone dein.
* Step 7
Ready hone pe nikal ke serve karen.
