2 cups pani me palak ko 10 min boil karen r phir nikal ke foran thanday pani me dal dein r phir nikal ke zeera,hari mirch ke sath blend kar lein.ek pateeli me oil dalien r pyaz ko r lehsan ko golden karen phir sub masalay dal ke bhone ab blend ki hui palak r paneer ka apni add kar ke 10 min cook karen cover kar ke.phir 1 tbsp atta add karen r mazeed 5 min cook karen.
* Step 3
Paneer ko cube me cut kar lein.palak ko bhon lein ke pani na rahe phir paneer dal ke mix karen r roti ke sath serve karen.
