Ab hathon ko ache se grease kar k dough se clinder shape gattay bana lein.pani ko boil kar k 7/10 min boil kar k pani ko drain kar dein.r thanda kar k cut kar lein.

Ab pateeli me oil dalien r pyaz r lehsan ka paste bana k add karen r zeera dal k ache se bhone.jab bhon jaye to gattay dal k fry karen.ab tomatao ko paste bana k add karen saray masalay r dhai add kar k bhon k 1 se 2 cup pani add kar k 15 min cook kar lein ready hai.

Aloo ko cut kar k boil kar lein.phir oil me chopped pyaz lehsan ko golden karen r sath hi zeera tomato r baki k ingre mila k bhon lein r aloo add kar k ache se mix karen last me uper chaat masala dalien ready hai.

Hari pyaz ki bhujiya k liye hari pyaz ko cut kar lein.ab ek pateeli me oil dalien r lehsan ko golden karen phir zeera r kutti lal mirch r baki ingre dal k hari pyaz add karen mix karen 10 min halki flame pe cook karen ready hain.

Sawaiyon k liye 1 pateeli me ghee add kar k illaichi dal k mix karen phir sawaiyon ko hath se torh k add karen ghee me r ache se 5 min bhone phir sugar add karen r 2 min mix kar k pani add karen r musalsal chamach chalte hue pani dry karen k zarda ready hojaye...phir thali me pyali me dal k sub cheezion ko set karen roti r achaar k sath serve karen.
