Water Chestnut Fry-Up
Very yummy. Make again. Try adding lime juice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely dice onions and fry in oil medium heat
* Step 2
Cut tomatoes in discs and add to frying pan
* Step 4
Rinse chestnuts and add to pan
* Step 5
Cook, constantly stirring
* Step 6
Add finely diced green pepper near the end
* Step 7
Serve over rice with a protein
