Cauliflower, Cukes & Shrooms

I love experimenting with veggies on the stove, and this one was a serious win! Hope you like it as much as I do!

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 clove

garlic

1 head

cauliflower

2 tsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring broth to a simmer in a medium pot.

* Step 2

Add cauliflower (chopped to bite sized pieces) and sliced garlic to broth and cook until cauliflower is desired texture.

* Step 3

Chop cucumber into chunks and place in mixing bowl.

* Step 4

Sauté mushrooms in butter using a frying pan until lightly browned. Add salt to taste.

* Step 5

Strain cauliflower and garlic from broth and add to mixing bowl. If you keep the broth you can use it for something else.

* Step 6

Add mushrooms to cauliflower cucumber mixture and combine thoroughly.

* Step 7

Allow to cool slightly then serve. Yum!
