H's Creamy Cauli-mash

I have started an all protein and high fat diet, omitting all starch and have lost 8kgs already! This cauli-mash is guilt free if you only eat it with raw veg and protein. it is highly addictive and surpasses mashed potatoes in my opinion :)

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Steam the cauliflower until it goes mushy.

* Step 2

Place the cauliflower in the food processor and puree until smooth.

* Step 3

While the blender is running, add the egg yolks.

* Step 4

Add the butter one knob at a time until it has melted and thr mixture is smooth.

* Step 5

Season with nutmeg to taste.
