I am not the best at baking but this recipe made everyone think I was the best chocolate cake maker ever!!!!! super easy and quick and a definite chocolate fix :cookie
Ingredient

4 tbsp
cocoa
2 tbsp
buttermilk
250 grams
butter
5 tbsp
icing sugar
1 cup
sugar
1 cup
boiling water
3 tsp
baking powder
3
eggs
1 cup
flour
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa.
* Step 2
Melt butter and sugar in micro until all butter melted.
* Step 3
Add butter mixture to the dry ingredients
* Step 4
Add beaten eggs and cup boIlIng water
* Step 5
mix using a whisk...do this by hand.
* Step 6
pour into greased silicone round baking dish.
* Step 7
Put in 900 Watt microwave for 7 minutes.
* Step 8
when done tip onto wire rack
* Step 9
melt the first 4 ingredients in a pot stirring continuously and pour over cake. decorate with chocolate coated peanuts.
