Sprouts salad
This simple, healthy & nutritious salad is easy to make & delicious to eat.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak whole green gram moong in water for overnight. Next day drain the water & allow it to dry for abt 30mins & put it a closed box for 24hrs to sprout.
* Step 2
Once the sprout is ready mix it with above ingredients.
* Step 3
Season it with mustard, & red chilli.mix it well & garnish with cilantro.
