Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan/ kadhai on low flame. Add oil, fennel seeds, whole coriandor seeds, Chopped onions, saute it for a min. Add chopped red chillies, green peas. Saute it add Boiled smash Potatoes.
* Step 2
Add Samosa Masala, salt, dry mango powder. Mix it all well.
* Step 3
Take a kneading plate add maida, hand crush carrom seeds, salt, oil. Knead stiff dough by adding little little water. Give rest of 15-20 min.
* Step 4
Add oil knead it and make smooth dough. Make equal parts. Stuffing ready.
* Step 5
Roll the dough ball in big roti. Cut the sides. Made it square.
* Step 6
Cut it into 2 inches broad strip. Place 1 spoon stuffing. Roll the strip.
* Step 7
Insert the toothpick at the joint. Make all rolls in same way
* Step 8
Heat up the oil on low medium flame. Fry all roll samosas. Crispy and Crunchy.
* Step 9
Take out on Kitchen towel. Serve with sweet termarind-dates chutney and green Chutney.
