Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice all Veggies ready. Take a pan on low flame add oil n finely chopped, ginger garlic green chillies. Saute it. Add schezwan Chutney.
* Step 2
Now add one by one all veggies.
* Step 3
Add salt, pepper powder n vinegar. Mix it well
* Step 5
Now add ketchup n mix it. Add chopped coriander. Mix all ingredients of slurry make thick slurry.
* Step 6
Get very thing ready. I din't cut the sheets in square. I used as it is in circles. Stick slurry on all edges of circle. Place the stuffing. Close the 2 opposite sides with the help of slurry.noe roll it.
* Step 7
Make all rolls. Heat up the oil on low flame. Now add rolled rolls in hot oil.
* Step 8
Fry crispy n golden. Fry all spring rolls. Serve with schezwan Chutney. N enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.
