Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry capsicum, carrot, green peas. Take a cooker add all other Veggies + water. Get 3 whistle. Boil it. Smash it with smasher. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a pan/ kadhai on medium flame. Add oil, Chopped onions. Saute it till get golden. Add chopped tomatoes. Get smashy add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste. Saute it till oil released.
* Step 3
Now add all dry masala with salt.
* Step 4
Mix it and saute it till oil released. Add fried Veggies and smash all boiled Veggies. Mix it well. Taste it and adjust the salt.
* Step 5
Now squeeze lemon. Mix it add chopped coriandor
* Step 6
Mix it well and serve with pav and salad.
