Onion Spicy Kadhi

#week4of5 #post2 #goldenapron3 #week21 #post1 #puzzle_spicy Very authentic and quick prepare dish. I served it with Bajri (Millet) Rotla.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add curd, water and besan. Mix it well, no lumps.

* Step 2

Take a pan/ Kadhai on low flame. Add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, Chopped green chillies, Chopped garlic, Curry leaves. Saute it for a min add chopped onions. Saute it till onions get golden.

* Step 3

Add Turmeric Powder and besan-curd mix. Stir it well so all masala get combine. Add more water it required.

* Step 4

Add salt, red chilli powder. Let it get boil. And kadhi will get little thicker. Add chopped coriander.

* Step 5

Once it get thicker. It's ready to serve. It will be osm with rice or Parathas too.
