Ingredient

2 cups

Wheat Flour

1/2 cup

curd

4 tsp

oil

1/2 tsp

Baking soda

to taste

Salt

as needed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a kneading plate add oil, curd, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Mix it all well.

Start adding little water and knead very soft dough. Dough will be sticky and soft so put 1 tsp oil and knead it. Cover with a wet towel for 2 hrs.

After 2 hrs take dough on flatten surface sprinkle some flour and knead the dough. Tap it and knead make soft smooth dough.

Make equal parts of the dough. Make smooth balls and again cover with wet cloth and keep aside for half an hour.

Now on the rolling flat surface dust it put one ball, stick sesame seeds and coriander. Dust again the flour on dough ball.

Dust the flour again on dough ball and flatten the dough with Ur hand.

Now turn the roti back on the rolling surface and brush water on the back side of the roti. Put iron griddle (tava) on high flame for 2 min. Tava should be super hot.

Softly take roti with Ur hands and stick water brushed side on hot griddle. Roti will stick to the griddle. Let roti get cook for 1min. The bubble will pop up.

Now flap the tava directly on the flame and slowly slowly cook from all the sides.

Once the roti cooked and roast from all side. Turn the tava again take out the roti with spatula on dish apply ghee/ butter. Serve hot with lovely spicy sabji and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.
