Super tasty and delicious Gujarati dish.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Get ingredients ready. Dice brinjal, chop tomato, corsely crush ginger garlic green chillies.
* Step 2
Take cooker add oil fob medium flame. Add mustard seeds get crackled add cumin seeds, asafoetida, corsely crush green chillies ginger garlic. Saute it till golden.
* Step 3
Add chopped Tomato saute it till it get tender. Add red chilli powder.
* Step 4
Add turmeric powder, sabji masala, coriander powder.
* Step 5
Add salt mix it and saute it for a min. Add green pigeon peas.
* Step 6
Now add diced brinjal, Kasuri Methi. Mix it well and add 1/2 cup water. Close the lid get flame on high and get 2 whistle.
* Step 7
Off the flame let the cooker get cool for 10 min. Open the lid mix the sabji and serve with Bhakhari, roti, Khichadi And enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.
