Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take kneading plate add flour, salt, oil mix it all ingredients.

Mix it properly and add little little water and knead the stiff dough.

Take dough on flatten surface add 1 tsp oil and knead it properly and make it smooth.

* Step 4

Make equal parts of the dough. Make flatten balls. Take rolling pin and roll the Bhakhari.

* Step 5

Roll it little thick Bhakhari.

Take griddle pan on medium flame. Once it get hot take rolled Bhakhari in Ur hand and put it on hot griddle. See one side is got golden. Flap to the another side.

Now spread 1/2 tsp oil to the Bhakhari and roast it with spatula turn to the other side spread oil and roast whole Bhakhari in golden colour.

This taste to good u can have in Morning breakfast also. enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy with any Chutneys or any sabjis
