Veg Pulav with Fruit Raita

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Veg Pulav : All whole masala with Shahi Biryani Masala, chopped onion, all veggies
* Step 2
Take a cooker. On medium flame add oil and all whole masala. Accept biryani masala. Roast it to 2 min. Add onions.
* Step 3
Saute the Onions till it get slightly brown. Now add all veggies. Saute it for 5 min.
* Step 4
After 5 min add Shahi Biryani Masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder
* Step 5
Mix it well add salt. Add soaked Rice.
* Step 6
Add water. And get it boil. Now close the lid and make 2 whistle. Pulav is done.
* Step 7
For Raita: take a mixing bowl add urd,salt, sugar, black salt and mix it well. Add fruits and mix it again. Put into refrigerator. Serve chill
* Step 8
Serve Hot Veg Pulav with Chill Fruit Raita.
