Green Peas Parathas

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take frying pan. Add oil. Add Hing and Jeera. Let it crackle. Now add green peas.
* Step 2
Now add all the masalas and mix well. Cook on lower flame for 5 mins. After five mins switch off the flame.
* Step 3
After cooling grind it coarsely. I did in chopper. Remove it in plate.
* Step 4
For Atta. Take a parath or thali. Add wheat flour, ajwain, salt,besan, ghee. Mix well and knead the semi soft dough with water. Cover and keep aside for 15 mins.
* Step 5
Now after fifteen mins, divide the dough into equal parts. Take one part and roll about 5 to 6 inch. Put the stuffing and seal it properly.
* Step 6
Now roll again carefully and ensure stuffing doesn't come out.
* Step 7
Keep tawa. When it is hot put paratha and roast it. Add ghee and roast it again till golden brown.
* Step 8
Serve hot parathas with Dahi, Aachar or Papad..
