Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing Bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
* Step 2
Add little water spoon by spoon and make semi soft Dough. Grease the Dough with oil to make it smooth.
* Step 3
Make small equal portions from the Dough.
* Step 4
Take one portion and roll it ablong as shown in pic. With the help of palm stretch the dough in the front. With the help of sharp knife (without tilting it) remove it carefully from the board.
* Step 5
Keep oil for frying and flame on medium hot. Fry them on medium flame till it turns crispy. Remove them on tissue paper.
* Step 6
Serve them with green chillies with tea.
