Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sieve Besan. Add suji to it.
* Step 2
Add ginger and green chillies paste, Haldi, sugar, salt and Hing. Mix well and keep aside for 15 20 mins.
* Step 3
Keep pan for steaming. Grease the thali well. Now add eno to the batter and mix well. Pour this batter into the thali. Keep for steaming.
* Step 4
After 15 mins check the batter. Prick knife or tooth pick. If comes out well then dhoklas r done. Allow it to cool. Take small kadai for Tempering.. add oil. Add mustard seeds into it. When it splatters. Add curry pata little water green chillies and pour over the dhoklas.
* Step 5
Cut the dhoklas into small pieces and serve hot with green chutney.
